Customer Marketing Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Regularly partnering with our Customer Success and Product Marketing teams to create campaigns into Invicti’s customer base
- Building marketing artifacts and writing copy
- Conceiving and producing customer-oriented webinars that help drive adoption and expansion
- Maximizing a pipeline for customer upsells, cross-sells, and expansions
- Analyzing marketing reports and metrics in order to discover impact and opportunities for improvement
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience within a marketing role
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- A passion for all things marketing
- Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (experience with Pardot is a plus!)
- Familiarity with basic functionality of spreadsheets and Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail
