Customer Marketing Manager at Social Solutions
Social Solutions is on a mission to transform the role that technology and data can play in advancing the mission of the social good landscape, and we are looking for a strategic customer marketing manager that is passionate about delighting customers. This role will be responsible for developing and managing a customer advocacy program, and developing customer focused marketing campaigns, driving adoption and retention. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and is based in Austin, TX.
What You'll Do
- Build stronger relationships with clients through engaging marketing campaigns and establishing a community of passionate Social Solutions advocates.
- Increase customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying expansion opportunities and increasing loyalty and retention
- Deliver case studies and customer evidence that resonates with future clients, showcasing customer accomplishments and capturing ROI
- Develop a client advocacy program that incentivizes and rewards engagement and promotes networking and collaboration
- Act as a liaison between client advocates and the rest of the organization, collaborating with customer success, sales, and professional services
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients, their goals and our role in advancing their mission
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on client marketing campaigns and advocacy programs. (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong creative marketing and communication skills to engage and motivate client advocates
- Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication, proven team collaboration skills, and demonstrated leadership and influence abilities.
- Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of client engagement efforts
- Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience
