  • Work with our customers to extract their stories around the benefits of the UiPath solutions. Implement and manage the Customer facing content projects with internal and external agency help to communicate our customers stories via videos, podcasts, blogs, social graphics and more. 
  • Manage the program for the Customer Advisory Council :Americas and work with events team to have two meetings, consistent email correspondence and.
  • Work in partnership with the Americas sales and customer success teams to cultivate new stories from our customers. 
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of customers that can be sourced for prospective reference activities and/or assets.
  • Manage and monitor reference request fulfillment and outcomes, keeping data current and accurate.
  • Build  and maintenance of reference management system.

 

Skills needed:

  • Experience and capability to use SFDC 
  • Experience in either sales or sales support experience.
  • Experience in managing projects with external creative agencies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing marketing program that involved directing & building customer facing content and marketing tactics.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly-driven, self-motivated team player ready to excel on a fast-paced marketing team
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Excellent project and program management, analytical, organizational and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates positive attitude and professionalism, an ambassador for the UiPath Brand
  • Has excellent communication skills; demonstrates the ability to write and speak with purpose and accuracy
  • Has self-directed work habits, exhibiting strong initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-assurance
  • Exhibits teamwork skills and ability to act as a strategic partner to the customer and account team
  • Education: BA/BS degree or global equivalent in Marketing or a business discipline.
