Demand Gen Marketing Operations Manager

You will ensure that no lead is left behind, every marketing touchpoint is attributable, our technology systems work together seamlessly, our money is spent wisely, and that we operate in a coordinated way in the market. You intuitively know how to convert and what levers to pull to optimize conversions.

 

In this role, you will:

Ensure data accuracy in HubSpot and Salesforce (and the back-and-forth flow of information)

Optimize usage of HubSpot with regards to lead capture, segmentation, lead nurturing, scoring, integration setup & maintenance

Help develop scalable solutions for lead generation, marketing qualification, sales handoff and revenue attribution

Provide guidance for metric reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact

Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization

Identify marketing funnel improvement areas, and develop process/engagement solutions with the marketing and sales team

Partner with sales ops to identify proper SFDC structure and requirements to ensure proper tracking of campaigns and measurement of marketing contributions to business goals

Be the expert on all things marketing technology including a strong understanding of how to build a technology stack that fuels efficiency

Evaluate, implement and manage marketing technology systems that relate to lead generation, attribution, funnel conversion and other processes

Lead database lifecycle marketing and reporting efforts including monitoring and analyzing lead scoring, database health and churn propensity

Source alternative ways to acquire and enrich data to maintain a rich but clean database

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

5+ years of marketing automation and operational experience as a power user/admin in Marketing Operations or similar department

HubSpot marketing platform expert (HubSpot Marketing Software certification preferred)

Deep experience with Salesforce, including advanced report-building skills (certification preferred)

Email marketing strategy experience, along with template building capability

Proven track record in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple projects across marketing and sales

Data-driven mindset and analytical skills to isolate patterns, trends, or flags to make business-improving decisions

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to take ownership of managed initiatives

Cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on key projects

Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally

Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
