We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our world-class team in downtown Austin and help us finance a return on educational for students of all backgrounds and walks of life.

What is the opportunity?

• As Skills Fund’s Digital Marketing Associate, you are a data-driven digital strategist who lives to amplify our brand-to-consumer voice.
• You build the Skills Fund online community stakeholder-by-stakeholder, and galvanize our key constituencies with our mission, brand promises, and ultimate value for all stakeholders.
• Through your artfully crafted digital strategy, you will identify the right SEM & SEO channels to find and convert key customers, reach new markets, build consumer buzz around our partnerships and products, enhance key influencer relationships, and own a cohesive dashboard to gauge effectiveness across all campaigns.

• Responsibilities include:
  1. You execute a high-performing, low-cost digital marketing campaign to generate lead engagement and conversion across digital platforms, which include:
     • Social media
     • Search
     • Retargeting & display
     • Others
  2. Set budgets, bids, campaign strategy, targeting, etc.
  3. You proactively track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, constantly improve overall effectiveness, and increase the impact of marketing on revenue and profitability.
  4. Testing and total conversion value are the engine of your digital strategy.
  5. In partnership with content marketing, you amplify our SEO strategy and execute on cross-promotional and key influencer initiatives.

• Passion for our Mission and an Interest in Finance and Education: You are our greatest brand ambassador to our largest schools. You should care deeply about helping drive access to quality, skills-based education and financing a return on education for all.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience developing, testing, and scaling high ROI digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM and social. Digital marketing, Google AdWords or similar certification is preferred.
• A Learner’s Mindset: You should have a desire to learn, adapt and grow in a rapidly growing and changing start-up environment amongst other high performers.
• A Highly Collaborative Focus: To be successful, you will proactively work closely with marketing and corporate communications colleagues to drive brand and B2B2C digital initiatives.
• Qualities: Energetic and Passionate. Highly analytical, data driven and detail oriented.  Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus, and understand. Not intimidated by getting thrown into the deep end (or anything else for that matter).
