Demand Generation Leader, Enterprise Marketing

As a Marketing Demand Generation Leader for our enterprise marketing team you’ll define ABM strategies, aligning with the sales organization and partnering with sales teams and field marketing teams on execution plans. You’ll be responsible for driving pipeline for target accounts, identifying new opportunities and accelerating existing opportunities. As a data-driven marketer you’ll work with our marketing operations and analyst teams to track, measure and report on performance and ROI. And, you’ll always be thinking about where the next opportunity is to innovate and make an impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and optimize enterprise marketing programs for scale, repeatability and pipeline predictability
End-to-end management and execution of enterprise marketing programs and campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to align on enterprise marketing strategy, target account list plans, messaging, segmentation, and development of content and creative assets.
Work closely with the sales organization to ensure alignment and coordinated execution of programs
Set KPIs, track and report on campaign and program metrics and effectiveness
Manage project timelines, resources and budget
Skills you have:
You have 7+ years of experience focused on B2B demand generation and account based marketing within enterprise software/SaaS.
You have a proven track record of end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel enterprise marketing programs and a passion for measuring their effectiveness.
Hands-on experience with 6Sense and Salesforce or similar marketing technologies.
Ability to build trusted relationships within sales organizations and effectively work cross-functionally to deliver results.
Ability to create compelling strategies, execute on ideas, measure results, and communicate clearly across all levels in the company including executives, sales leadership, sales reps, and product teams.
Self-starter who can hit the ground running and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Hunger to hunt out new opportunities, sense of ownership, and natural inclination to over-deliver.
