Quali is looking to hire a B2B Demand Generation leader responsible for planning and executing global campaigns that grow the sales and marketing funnel. The scope of the role includes creating and advancing leads from multiple sources and optimizing conversions that support revenue goals across products, solutions, and geographical regions.

This is an exciting opportunity and a highly visible role that will work cross-functionally to build Quali’s future revenue via digital marketing, outbound/SDR campaigns, and channel/partner programs. Top notch organizational skills and previous successes in B2B enterprise software and SaaS marketing are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Partners, Product Management, third party agencies and others to create demand generation campaigns.
  • Build models and budgets that account for sales cycle time, conversion rates, and differences across regions and channels to build pipeline plans that supports high growth.
  • Create and execute plans that attract visitors and engage prospects with the right mix of messages, offers, venues, and timing to support funnel goals.
  • Directly, or through vendors, drive campaign tactics including advertising, events, inbound organic/SEO, ABM, and partner activities
  • Monitor, report, and improve on campaign effectiveness and ROI

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B enterprise software/SaaS demand generation
  • Familiarity with demand generation vendors and technologies. Vendor negotiation and management.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce.com
  • Communication and reporting skills to executives.
  • Proven project management skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced, software startup environment
