The Opportunity
Rapid7 is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to support our Central Sales and Business Development teams based in Austin, Texas. Reporting to the Senior Director, Americas Growth Marketing, you will be a key member of the Growth Marketing team and a critical partner to Sales and other cross-functional teams. Essential Responsibilities
Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy and program to support our customer acquisition goals
Build and scale an account-based marketing program to target and engage the accounts our sales team have prioritized
Work closely with sales to track account engagement and ensure alignment between the two groups
Drive attendance to our field events through an integrated promotional campaign
Work with our key channel and technology partners in-region, building and executing on joint go-to-market plans
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
Monitor and communicate campaign performance so we know what’s working, what’s not, and how we can best beat our goals. You’ll ensure we have detailed insight into all funnel metrics and ROI across every acquisition channel
Job Requirements
4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a background in SaaS-style products and technology preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver data-driven insights and storyline to internal stakeholders
Be an innovator - continually seek fresh thinking and approaches, and be prepared to challenge convention
Highly customer focused and orientated
Strong analytical background, naturally inquisitive and always seeking answers
High degree of emotional intelligence, with the ability to facilitate and influence change
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and analysis, simply and visually
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative are musts
