About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Director to make data-driven marketing strategy decisions with the overall goal of building best in class campaigns and driving brand awareness, market interest and engagement of the MineralSoft solution. This role will be responsible for mastering the knowledge of MineralSoft’s solutions, target markets, customers, ecosystem and competitors. This is a hands-on, high-profile role, reporting to the CEO, that will be charged with owning all marketing initiatives, both strategic and tactical, and will be responsible for leading and growing a small marketing department/eco-system for a fast-growing funded SaaS company, based in Austin, Texas.

Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role at a SaaS company
  • You have the expertise to define programs and conceptualize ideas that effectively leverage digital marketing, social media tools, website, sales funnels and other technologies
  • You have proven experience tracking and analyzing effectiveness of media and marketing data to better optimize spend and performance across various marketing channels
  • You have strong copywriting skills and can make ongoing improvements to the company website (design, optimization & content).
  • You have a portfolio of compelling marketing and sales enablement collateral
  • You have experience building and owning programs for demand generation and pipeline development and management and have a strong understanding of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
  • You can apply SEO best practices for keywords, meta titles, and meta descriptions
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MailChimp, Google Analytics among other marketing tools and programs
  • You are self-managing and self-starting: you know how to prioritize, focus, and work with a sense of urgency
  • BA/BS preferred in marketing, communications or related field preferred
  • Oil & gas industry experience a plus
