We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of digital programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads via event support, SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, and media partners. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy and working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll craft, plan, manage, and optimize coordinated digital marketing efforts to generate pipeline revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, detail, and optimize buyer journeys across our various channels and brands
- Work alongside sales and partner teams to understand audience needs and execute/optimize campaigns
- Work closely with Marketing/Sales Operations to accurately supervise and measure the success of Demand Gen efforts
- Manage media partner relationships, including sponsorships and ads across vertical-specific publications
- Identify and manage key thought-leader relationships and co-marketing efforts
- Create and optimize lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
- Create and optimize batch marketing emails and sales enablement emails across our brands, including format, copy, and cadence
- Manage and optimize popups, chats, and other lead gen tools across our domains
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of demand generation experience in SaaS or related industries
- Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to supervise campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
- A digital marketing portfolio or direct history of proven lead gen performance
- Experience effectively using key automation, web and advertising platforms for program success, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Google Ads, Drift, etc.
