We’re looking for a passionate and exceptionally talented Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience running organic and paid social programs focused on acquisition/performance. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of our digital marketing efforts across web and mobile platforms, working with our internal teams and outside agencies to tell compelling stories about our products and our artists, and driving engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who has a deep understanding of the social landscape and understands how to build a scalable program that can be optimized to support business goals. This is a great opportunity to help scale and shape marketing at Aimi into a best-in-class program.

What You'll Do

  • Build strategies for scaling and optimizing mobile app acquisition campaigns to drive installs
  • Assist with planning, execution, and optimization of paid and organic social programs on various platforms
  • Test, launch, and scale, data-driven campaigns efficiently at a high tempo
  • Drive agency relationships and daily execution of campaigns
  • Help shape the strategy, implementation, and analysis of a wide variety of marketing communications including but not limited to emails, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Grow user awareness and usage of new products and features
  • Analyze and track campaign performance + attribution, generating performance reports, presenting to senior management, and using results to optimize and ensure positive ROI
  • Keep pulse on trends and innovations within the social space

Who You Are

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing acquisition campaigns delivering on aggressive goals
  • Data-focused with advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Mixpanel, Firebase, and other modern technologies
  • Experience with marketing attribution tools
  • Deep understanding of SEO and SEM content, social media, reputation management, performance marketing, email marketing, and KPIs.
  • Experience in and around startup culture or mobile culture is a plus- you are agile and able to adapt quickly
