The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to assist in the management and execution of multiple digital campaigns including: AdWords/PPC, display advertising, retargeting, social advertising, SEO, mobile, email, and other channels with a goal of driving customer traffic to websites and landing pages. This position reports to the head of digital marketing and analytics, and will also assist in analytics and reporting, and measuring the success of campaigns against predetermined KPIs.

Responsibilites:

• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
• Coordinate the creation of digital assets and campaigns
• Manage and report on paid media spend, email deployment, campaign performance, KPIs and results
• Suggest and implement marketing methods to increase profitability
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Qualifications:

• Google certified for AdWords and Google Analytics
• Proficient with social ad platforms; Facebook Business Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience in other reporting software (Tableau, Google Data Studio...) a plus
• Basic understanding of html coding
• A self-starter who can flourish in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using enterprise email platforms for data management and email deployments (Siverpop, Responsys, Exact Target, etc)
• Strong understanding of B2C marketing & eCommerce
• A problem-solver with strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience
• BS degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field
