Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Open to remote; Austin preferred
Saatva launched in 2011 and we are still growing rapidly - to the tune of triple digits - year over year. We’re looking for a curious, data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to support our paid acquisition team. You will be central to creating a unified customer experience across teams (paid search, programmatic display & video, and paid social), while helping to achieve aggressive performance goals. You will also work cross-functionally to drive paid acquisition strategies to completion.

About You
You have some experience and a lot of drive to become an expert in digital marketing, specifically paid search, paid social and display. You’re passionate, intellectually curious and can deliver using creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments and teams.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Build and/or optimize digital advertising campaigns and while gaining broad experience in marketing analytics, market research, branding, and strategy
- Write basic creative briefs for standard creative requests
- Coordinate between performance channel leads and/or other teams such as Creative to launch ads within timelines and budget
- Oversee and ensure compliance of standard taxonomy for UTM parameters across all marketing channels
- Compile monthly and quarterly marketing calendar by coordinating with channel leads and leadership
- Conduct regular copywriting / copy editing for advertising campaigns in line with our messaging hierarchy
- Regularly monitor and pull basic reports for business-relevant KPIs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, containing some combination of paid search and social, display and email
- Critical thinking skills
- Strong analytical skills and fanatical obsession with achieving set goals and ROI
- Excellent program management and communication skills and a great track record of working across teams
- Data driven
- Attention to detail
- E-commerce experience a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Past experience with Google Analytics, Google Slides, Google Docs
- Familiarity with some combination of the following types of tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar
- Unbounce, Optimizely or similar
- Asana, Jira, Monday
- Heap, Amplitude, Tableau
