Khoros Strategic Services is looking for passionate and innovative thinkers ready to bring the power of human connection into every interaction.
We are looking for a Digital Strategist to help manage and support some of our largest customers in the retail, tech and pharmaceutical spaces. This individual will be responsible for providing Khoros customers with specialized expertise and support for long-term social and digital strategies to meet their desired project goals and unlock all potential value. This role is budgeted in the $63,000-71,000.00 base salary range. Salary will ultimately be based on a candidate's experience and external market factors.

Responsibilities

• Operations

• Assist with resourcing for projects, understanding business implications to help determine staffing adjustments and hiring needs
• Lead scoping exercises, reviewing scopes and maintaining contract obligations on each project

• Reporting and Strategy

• QA deliverables for strategic insights and actionable recommendations while considering long term implications
• Flagging product and API updates that may affect KPIs and process changes • Ensure that project teams understand the larger vision of the customer, delivering work that pushes boundaries to achieve goals

• People Management

• Mentor junior members of the team to ensure strong career pathing and growth
• Foster innovation and creativity among team members and direct reports
• New Business Management
• Support discovery calls around new business opportunities alongside Strategic Services sales team
• Scope and develop proposals for new business opportunities
• Identify opportunities for new business based on client conversations
• Project Management
• Manage team dynamics to encourage a collaborative environment and provide motivation in day-to-day activities and responsibilities
• Display solid decision-making that provide clarity, focus, and actionable next steps for team members while removing ambiguity that may affect project outcomes and deliverables

• Maintain strong understanding of Khoros product capabilities and proactively identify opportunities for customer optimization and expansion
• Serve as liaison between Strategic Services and Product team to help inform and influence product roadmap by providing product enhancement
recommendations and requests alongside customer feedback
Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media and digital marketing experience-agency or brand-side
• A proven track record for creating and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies
• An innovator and visionary with a way of working that inspires creativity
• Ability to communicate effectively, aggregating information into an intuitive, easy to-understand flow (both oral and written)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills coupled with superior critical thinking
