Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Engagement and Market Intelligence, the Director of Customer Relationship Marketing will have the responsibility of creating and managing customer campaigns and targeted communications to increase renewal, product adoption and net-dollar expansion of Sprinklr’s enterprise customer base. Furthermore, this position will help to grow and champion our internal customer reference program, external customer communities, and strategic customer advisory boards.

This role is highly cross-functional and will work especially closely with our Customer Success, Product Specialists and Growth Marketing teams to understand areas of opportunity and to execute customer marketing activities.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for relationship building, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including introducing and defending new ideas and campaigns to senior stakeholders.

This is a full-time position. 


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with the VP, Customer Engagement and Market Insights to hire, onboard and build out the team.
  • Manage the people and processes for identifying customer target segments and developing appropriate next-best-action campaigns and communication.
  • Manage the systems, people, processes and policies for acquiring, developing, tracking, rewarding and communicating with Sprinklr customer advocates and reference customers
  • Ensure that Sprinklr’s presence on ratings and review sites is maintained and work to ensure leadership at the product and category level.
  • Find and cultivate customer advocates and content for Sprinklr Connect peer-to-peer events, Sprinklr Advisory Boards, case study stories, references, referrals, videos, webinars, websites, blogs, presentations, press releases, and other go-to-market events.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing for customer advisory and customer connect events including promotional plan, agenda and programming, and overall customer experience
  • Create customer marketing collateral to support sales, product marketing, customer success, public relations, content, events, and other teams.
  • Manage the systems, people and workflows for moderating, developing and managing the Sprinklr Community
  • Manage the people and process for communicating the value of Sprinklr’s quarterly product releases.
  • Present regularly on program performance to sales, customer success, and marketing leaders
  • Be adaptable. Continually measure, monitor and drive improvement against program net-dollar expansion and customer retention goals
  • Be intentional. Own your number. Partner with growth marketing on customer marketing strategy to deliver cross-sell, upsell and renewal campaigns.
  • Be curious and strategic. Conduct ongoing competitive, partner, and market research and ensure positioning and collateral reflect our strengths.


What’s Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology marketing and communications; experience in B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, launch and grow a customer relationship marketing program that establishes a strong sense of customer community, loyalty and advocacy.
  • Proven track record of driving campaigns, communication and programs that drive thought leadership and create customer engagement.
  • Experience and success in cultivating programs that translate customer insights into campaigns that generate revenue and retain enterprise accounts.
  • Flexibility and ability to shift focus when needed.
  • Experience with G-Suite, Salesforce, G2 Crowd, and TrustRadius.
