Director Demand Generation and Marketing Operations

What you’ll do:
Demand Generation
- Design and implement outbound demand generation program to exceed pipeline and revenue targets including targeted campaigns and automated nurture programs
- Develop and execute tradeshow strategy for lead generation. database build and brand credibility in each key focus vertical
- Continuously improve the customer journey from presales through retention, expansion and advocacy for revenue growth, increased deal velocity and increased deal size
Marketing Operations
- Manage martech stack and integrations including MAPs and CRM best practices
- Build, maintain and execute global data governance programs for data acquisition, ongoing data quality and list hygiene, acquisition database integration and preference center subscription management
- Lead scoring model upkeep
- Design and manage the lead management process for timely distribution of marketing qualified leads and ongoing optimization of lead scoring model
- Maintain data connections and flow between all tech stack and Hubspot
- Prospect/customer database build and health management
What you bring:
- 10+ years of experience in leading demand generation programs, ideally in B2B software
- Expertise in campaign mechanics, targeting and optimizing content
- Deep experience with Hubspot or other CRM
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and managing lead flow
- Detail and solution oriented
- Data driven
Education
- Degree in Marketing or related field, and/or relevant professional qualifications
- MBA preferred
