Impact:
Reporting directly to the CMO, the Director of Digital Communications & Brand Experience will be responsible for maintaining a strong brand across all touchpoints and driving awareness through mass communication channels effectively and efficiently. This is a high-impact role with the ability to elevate the Dosh brand and support our mission of moving billions of dollars to millions of people.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage and maintain the brand strategy, ensuring every brand touchpoint feels consistent and true to our brand, wherever it may be
  • Lead the strategy and execution for Dosh’s social media presence, with a strong focus on building the following across platforms and creating an engaged community that actively participates in building awareness around Dosh mission and value proposition
  • Lead public relations efforts across consumer and B2B, partnering closely with our agency to ensure relevant messaging is effectively communicated across media outlets
  • Execute effective and efficient brand awareness messaging and campaigns that differentiates Dosh amongst the competition and effectively delivers our value proposition and mission
  • Identify, develop and execute marketing partnership opportunities, ensuring they are driving core business metrics around awareness, growth and engagement
  • Manage one direct report, ensuring they are successful in their role and achieving core objectives for the team and business
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, sharing the brand strategy and how to effectively implement it in their daily work

Who You Are:
  • 8+ years in brand marketing and communications
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
  • Strong attention to detail, collaboration and project management 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Experience leading the development of high-impact brand and communications campaigns
  • Experience working closely with agencies and partners
  • Exceptional brand storyteller, articulating value propositions creatively and inspiring true brand connections
  • Experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally across departments
