Director of Growth

EverlyWell provides direct-to-consumer home health tests with easy-to-read and actionable results. We are at the forefront of personalized health, transforming the $25B lab testing industry. We’re here to empower people to take control of their health by making lab testing easy to access, understand, and afford. 

We are hiring a Director of Growth to develop data-driven strategies to scale our business. 

We need a data-driven brand builder who will work with the VP of Marketing to identify new sources of customer acquisition through emerging platforms, partners, strategies and channels. You will develop a roadmap for diversification and testing through marketing channels and optimize our planning and measurement strategies. 

This position will be critical to EverlyWell’s continued success, so we need someone who is an expert in scaling small consumer businesses and loves using their analytical skills to glean actionable insights to drive growth.


What you’ll do: 

  • Track the core business KPI’s on a day to day basis, making sure that team is executing and optimizing in real time to hit goals
  • Launch, test and optimize digital and offline channels to grow sales: Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Direct Mail, OOH, Email, Affiliates, Referral and others
  • Identify new sources of customer acquisition through emerging platforms, partners, strategies and channels
  • Develop a roadmap for diversification and testing through marketing channels, promotional offers and messaging, using A/B tests to test hypotheses
  • Optimize planning and measurement strategies, including the definition of key performance metrics to improve customer acquisition, retention and LTV
  • Continuously improve our core acquisition channels through testing and continuously identify new ideas to optimize CAC
  • Clearly communicate business needs; work with technology teams and vendors to build processes to enable customer targeting/segmentation, campaign execution and measurement at scale
  • Identify key drivers of retention and LTV
  • Work with retention + creative team to build out communication streams to re-engage customers throughout the lifecycle to drive up repeat purchasing behavior
  • Provide input on models to define profitability and LTV of acquired customers, using data to refine strategy. 
  •  Present and sell through key findings and future plans to Senior internal stakeholders 

You:

  • 8-10 years of experience in customer acquisition and retention for a direct to consumer business
  • Thrive under daily triaging and firefighting
  • Scaled early stage companies to 100K+ customers
  • Expert in paid social, paid search, email automation, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and SEO
  • Analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel, A/B testing) – experience optimizing marketing budgets and conversion funnels, gleaning actionable insights to drive growth
  • Love to be in the weeds and just as comfortable building a growth team.
