Our SaaS platform -- Hearth (www.gethearth.com) -- offers contractors across the country an effective and highly competitive way to give their customers financing options for their home improvement projects.
About the Role
Do you live and breathe lifecycle marketing? Are you looking to build out a high-performance team that includes customer marketing, social, and field? As our Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you’ll do exactly that! More specifically, you’ll own our customer and lifecycle marketing programs, including the strategy and execution of these programs as well.
We’re looking for an experienced marketer who can be both strategic and tactical, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in our fast-paced, hypergrowth startup. This role will report to our VP of Marketing, and you’ll be a senior leader in our company.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and implementation for customer lifecycle marketing programs and activities for leads and customers in various segments and stages of the funnel.
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail, etc) focused on our customers.
- Work closely with Customer Success to drive programs and initiatives, become the strongest voice of the customer on the marketing team.
- Develop and manage the Hearth customer community and ensure it’s a thriving place for peer networking, education, and a value add for Hearth members.
- Creating new ways we can use the Hearth app and member web portal as a marketing vehicle and hub.
- Understanding our NPS scores and how to improve them and how to activate high NPS customers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Establish A/B testing processes to test creative design, content, email cadence and timing to constantly improve performance.
- Manage the execution of email campaigns, direct mail, webinars, events and other channels used in customer marketing programs. Includes planning, copywriting, testing, and reporting
- Establish data requirements and any new necessary processes for tracking customer marketing success
- Experiment with new technologies and leverage personalization to create a buyer’s journey that resonates with each customer
- Gather customer input/feedback through conversations and surveys to inform programs
