Do you want make a significant difference in people’s lives? In this role, you'll play a pivotal in helping people save up to 80% on their prescriptions, whether they have insurance or not. As Marketing Director, you will join the newly created RetailMeNot RxSaver business to play a critical role in developing marketing strategy and executing to grow awareness, product adoption and loyalty for the new RxSaver site and mobile app. It will require a deep understanding of marketing strategy, online and offline media, data analytics & measurement, and CRM. You'll lead a small team of marketers and work cross-functionally to execute programs and achieve growth goals for consumers, physicians and pharmacists. Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of B2C and B2B marketing experience with a track record of building brands and customer acquisition from the ground-up (healthcare industry a plus, but not required)
  • 5+ years as a people manager with success growing and mentoring teams
  • 3+ years experience in a start-up growth environment where moving fast to test and iterate is imperative
  • You have demonstrated experience leading a multi-million dollar marketing budget and executing across performance and brand marketing, CRM and mobile app; experience managing both external agencies and in-house media teams
  • You have strong analytical skills and can interpret data to derive actionable insights
  • You have the ability to influence and partner effectively with product management, product marketing, business insights, finance and sales
  • You're a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind-set and focused approach to achieve success, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • You have impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • You've got excellent written and interpersonal skills, executive presence and experience communicating with C-suite executives
  • You love working in a dynamic environment, running multiple projects with tight deadlines, especially during key seasonal periods

What You'll Do

  • Develop the brand positioning, value proposition, target audience, messaging and creative strategy for consumers, physicians and pharmacists, to build RxSaver into a trusted brand.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow awareness, customer acquisition, revenue and new product adoption across multiple channels, including performance marketing, social, print, PR, direct mail and mobile app; You will execute through both an in-house team and external agencies
  • Build consumer trust through use of professional spokespersons in PR and content marketing, and through a targeted B2B marketing strategy that enables physicians and pharmacists to become advocates
  • Partner with the sales team to develop positioning and marketing collateral for pharmacist outreach
  • Continually test and learn across marketing channels and establish a process for measuring and scaling successful programs
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor direct reports to maximize their individual potential and professional growth, as well as ability to collaborate effectively as a team
  • Responsible for all budgeting, forecasting & reporting on key business health metrics
  • Communicate marketing plans and results internally to ensure cross-functional collaboration and coordination
  • Be the steward for compliance with all privacy regulations surrounding data usage and targeting
