We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing leader to join us in our mission to develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for Atmosphere, one of the most innovative streaming companies on the planet. This leader will have deep experience marketing B2B SaaS products to thousands of small, medium, and enterprise sized customers.
The Director of Marketing will lead the brand awareness of Atmosphere and support cross-functional teams across the organization. You will articulate the value and positioning of our solutions to our customers, prospects, sales teams (distribution and advertising), and other key internal and external stakeholders. You will be a powerful operator who thrives in a fast paced, self-motivated, high-growth environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Own the brand identity through creative, content, and content marketing
- Develop concise and compelling messaging and positioning that conveys what makes us better and different than competitors.
- Understand our customers and the reasons they buy, and use the insights to build buyer personas that sales and lead-gen can leverage to do their jobs more effectively.
- Drive key initiatives including competitive analysis, sales enablement, feature launches, channel launches, service enhancements, and more.
- Analyze and revamp existing demand gen campaigns and strategy
- Lead creative conception, development, and execution of regular thematic campaigns. Manage planning and scheduling with peers
- Partner cross-functionally to drive and support initiatives that build market leadership, market awareness, pipeline growth and revenue.
- Work with Distribution Sales, Ad Sales, and Lead Gen to ensure that our sales teams can tell our product story in a way that resonates with prospects, including the development of associated selling tools, customer-facing collateral, white papers, blog posts, etc.
- Celebrate our customers by contributing to case studies, stories, testimonials leveraging our products to continually build credibility in the market.
- Research the competition to continually refine our messaging and positioning, influence product direction, and enable sales to succeed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Sound understanding of out of home media and connected TV (“over the top”) businesses
- Demonstrated experience evolving brand tactics and building recognition in the B2B space
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of demand gen basics is a PLUS
