We are looking for a performance-driven innovator who excels at solving difficult problems to help our clients achieve their growth goals. As a Director on the Red Digital team, you will be responsible for omnichannel digital media performance, creative and messaging strategy, and attribution and measurement just to name a few. Our interview process is designed to determine the right team placement for our candidates as we are looking for talent across a variety of functions within our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to the long-term vision and capabilities of Red Digital
• Lead a team of data-driven Sr. Associates and Associates responsible for the activation of SEM, paid social and display media
• Have P&L responsibility for one or more clients
• Work cross-functionally with a team of creatives, engineers, product owners and senior leaders to help you execute your strategic vision

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years’ working experience within paid media; strong technical knowledge of at least one media channel (Google or Facebook preferred)
• Passionate about innovating in paid media; doesn’t accept theories at face value, and enjoys testing to prove effectiveness of tactics
• Experience managing direct response & acquisition-based campaigns
• Ability to communicate performance & gain buy-in from senior business stakeholders
• Experience leading & managing a diverse team of digital marketers in a driven and fast-paced environment
• Experience working in the Google tech stack
• A personality that wants to have a profound impact on an organization's long-term paid marketing strategy
• A positive change agent – someone who brings an energy and passion that is additive to Red Digital’s culture
