Impact:

Reporting directly to the CMO, the Director of Partner Marketing will set the stage for our position, presence and influence across the media buying landscape. In addition, this marketing leader will drive the successful recruitment and development of key merchant targets. Specifically, this role will focus on supporting the profitable acquisition of new merchants and development of existing merchants to generate additional revenue for Dosh. This role requires both strategic & critical thinking and tactical execution to drive momentum across a highly targeted set of accounts. You will work hand in hand with the merchant sales team to optimize the toolset needed to attract and cultivate target accounts. You will collaborate with Product, Brand, CRM, Creative, and BI/Analytics teams to identify and execute on opportunities. You will have deep knowledge & experience in the media industry and enterprise sales enablement.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop & execute the merchant marketing strategy and implementation plan
  • Create messaging and sales tools for new merchant product features and offers
  • Build, manage, elevate and execute industry relationships, partnerships and sponsorships
  • Create and execute plans for key merchant engagement events (Dosh hosted + industry)
  • Work with Analytics to develop best-in-class tracking, measurement and reporting methodologies
  • Work with Business Intelligence to unlock valuable merchant insights that can be used across sales enablement and in industry thought leadership content
  • Establish KPI’s and monitor monthly results for merchant engagement
  • Regularly communicate impact of merchant marketing programs to the broader business, ensuring full comprehension of merchant marketing goals, benchmarks, pacing and impact

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in a high-growth, fast-paced media or advertising environment
  • An expert in enterprise or media sales enablement and collaboration with a high performing sales team
  • Experience working across the full B2B marketing funnel, with strong understanding of the media buying cycle/process
  • Experience owning and managing a budget, forecasting, and delivering on monthly goals
  • Seasoned in project management and tracking project deliverables
  • Ideal candidate is extremely analytical, great in a fast-paced environment and can hustle & execute, all with operational excellence
  • Ability to prioritize, self-start, and swiftly adapt to changing market conditions and think creatively
  • You take ownership, are an inventive problem solver, and have a high level of accountability
  • You have a natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly-fluid environment
  • You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing larger scale acquisition marketing programs, including multi-stage lead warming/nurture campaigns and/or B2B advertising
  • Experience working between Product teams to facilitate the roll out of features
  • Experience growing marketing programs to scale, increasing efficiencies and creating standardization
