Director, Product Marketing and Analyst Relations

Product Marketing
- Build and maintain messaging/positioning, buyer personas and buyer’s journey maps for Zello, each focus vertical and each core product
- Provide product, market expertise and thought leadership to support all marketing and sales programs
- Build and maintain competitor intelligence through research, conducting win loss calls, and analyzing win rates for continual improvement.
- Collaborate with Content on thought leadership concepts
- Lead go to market (GTM) process for new products, new features, new version releases across company
- Work with sales enablement on sales, pitch decks, business case, value prop
Analyst Relations
- Craft analyst inquiry responses
- Lead strategy for analyst briefings
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of marketing or product management experience, ideally in B2B software, with at least 5 years in product marketing
- Expertise in drafting messaging, positioning including company/product differentiators
- Experience in supporting key sales processes
- Experience with research analysts
- Detail and solution oriented
- Experience selling products into frontline worker industries such as freight, materials handling, construction, retail
Education
- Degree in Marketing or related field, and/or relevant professional qualifications
- MBA preferred
