Marketing Operations is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist (E-Commerce) to drive operational excellence across all online purchase experiences and customer growth campaigns.
This role will have four key focus areas:
- Partner with marketing channel owners to bring campaigns to life and measure their impact
- Leverage data and technology to optimize campaign performance
- Support Marketing Operations initiatives to build scalable processes and improve data quality
- Grow your knowledge of our toolstack, marketing automation best practices, our business and our customers

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist at ACG, you’ll get to:
- Work with stakeholders to define operational requirements, build and execute new marketing campaigns that adhere to best practices
- Work with email teams to manage communications calendar, ensure proper audience segmentation and launch email campaigns in Marketo
- Build and maintain evergreen email nurture programs to drive prospect as well as E-Commerce customer growth and retention
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement of existing processes and systems
- Contribute to process documentation, creating and updating ops-focused documentation and marketing user enablement checklists, and video walkthroughs
- Cleanse, enrich and upload prospect lists from events and other offline sources
- Perform campaign and database reporting in Looker and Marketo as needed
- Support implementation of new technologies and ways of working across the marketing organization
What you bring to the table

- 2-3 years experience using Marketo (or similar tool)
- 2-3 years supporting tech-focused marketing campaigns is preferred
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tool (Jira and Confluence)
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of the consumer lead lifecycle and inbound marketing best practices
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
- A passion for moving projects across the finish line
