As the e-commerce Specialist, you will manage and oversee programs including, but not limited to website integrations, seasonal campaigns, and events/promotions. The e-commerce Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines to ensure quality results on large and small-scale projects. Strong cross-functional collaboration is required as well as the ability to work within complex and varied databases, portals and internal processes. You’re the type of person that is extremely flexible and enjoys an agile, fast-paced environment. 

A look at your day-to-day

  • Work closely with e-commerce Operations Manager, as well as external stakeholders to build strategies and manage overall programs
  • Deliver timely and accurate communications on key programs and integrations to drive revenue
  • Manage the development of overarching project plan (both front-end and back-end development) for all programs (ex. Seasonal campaigns, Sweepstakes, Promotions, Pro Accounts, etc.)
  • Responsible for managing on-schedule launches including QA responsibilities around accuracy of promotions, merchandising and marketing
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Marketing, Sales & Ops, Legal, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service departments
  • Lead and maintain routine third-party integrations. (ex. International shipping provider, ID.me, Formstack, etc.)
  • Ownership of the Discount Program Groups (ex. Pro, Friends & Family, etc.)
  • Oversight of service links/CMS pages on YETI.com (ex. FAQ’s)

Now for a little bit about you….

  • 3+ years of digital experience and direct project/program management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
  • Strong technical proficiency with experience in e-commerce and CMS technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) or Magento
  • Strong knowledge of up to date e-commerce best practices and trends
  • Understanding of the broader e-commerce technology ecosystem to enhance customer experience
  • Strong brand understanding and delivering a premium B2C consumer experience that combines content and commerce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with and present to senior leadership as required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Relentless focus on process improvement and quality
