  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, pivot and problem-solve
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Both a creative and strategic thinker who is able to identify opportunities for growth and solutions to achieve goals
  • Strong sense of compassion and an understanding of what inspires candidates throughout their journey.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in employer branding
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience writing long-form content like blog posts, including the ability to creatively tell a story.
  • Proven experience in relationship building and working cross-functionally between several different teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, and able to adhere to deadlines while balancing several projects at once.
  • Experienced in interviewing employees — you know which questions to ask in order to uncover a unique story and perspective.

To drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we’re committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone.
