Responsibilities:

• Manage client marketing budgets and meet established KPI objectives by closing monitoring various digital channels and marketing strategies

• Interface directly with clients and manage day-to-day client interaction

• Come up with a steady flow of new ad copy and ad creative experiments

• Implement and execute digital marketing and media strategies

• Manage the overall budget for Paid Marketing and maintain a positive ROI 

• Report on core metrics of every campaign with the ability to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement 

• Develop client marketing frameworks by creating new ideas, testing and optimizing their marketing activities 

• Implement tracking and tagging to ensure data-driven decisions and measure relevant KPIs 

• Find valuable opportunities for paid customer acquisition using the Facebook and Adwords' platforms

Qualifications:

•3+ years of acquisition experience in the digital advertising space

•Expert knowledge and direct hands-on experience with Facebook Ads & Adwords

•Expertise in conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad creatives

•Proven ability to effectively communicate cross functionally with other teams

•Proven ability to be proactive

•A passion for growing businesses 

•Past agency experience preferred

•A desire to play an integral role in the growth of billion dollar businesses

Salary:

•$80k-$120k (based on experience) + performance bonus
