Procore is looking for Regional Marketers! As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be the nexus between your marketing region and their respective sales accounts, with a laser focus on increasing awareness of both Procore’s brand and our products in that region.

 This position will require 50% travel.

You will be responsible for developing and providing regional outbound marketing initiatives in line with Regional Marketing’s strategic objectives. You must be a critical thinker, extremely hands-on, highly organized and detail-oriented. You will act as the liaison between customers, prospects, Marketing, and Sales. Your excellence in customer interaction and relationship-building is a must.

What you'll do:

  • Source and execute tactical marketing initiatives and help enhance your region’s marketing strategy.
  • Expand Procore’s customer base and build strong relationships with current customers.
  • Complete immersion and mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate Procore’s platform in person and via screen sharing software.
  • Conduct local promotions and outreach to construction companies and associations including attending local trade shows and chapter events.
  • Plan and implement the tactical strategy to increase demand generation specific to the physical engagements produced to grow sales pipeline and influence closed-won revenue.
  • Active participation in meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager and team and be able to interpret sales forecasts and create boots on the ground approaches to meet revenue objectives.
  • Collect and insert collected leads on all physical engagements utilizing Procore’s CRM and be able to interpret information created in quarterly Regional Marketing review reports.

What we're looking for:

  • Customer and lead nurturing relationship management experience in B2B technology environment.
  • Highly collaborative nature and effective communication skill set via email, instant messaging, face to face, and over the phone as this role is extremely interactive and high profile.
  • Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proven success organizing, executing, and analyzing successful trade shows and presentations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven success at self-management with the ability to be effective working remotely while travelling.
  • A thorough understanding of the competitive construction software landscape and how to drive business through marketing and sales is preferred.
  • Track record of responsible discretionary spending while working remote
  • Strong preference given to knowledge of Procore and experience in or with the construction industry
  • Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
