Field Marketing Manager

What you’ll do…
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be on the Corporate Marketing team, yet aligned with sales teams to help build and execute targeted marketing campaigns to help ensure revenue goals are met. Proven experiences in various marketing techniques, including online and traditional marketing is desired. Specifically, you will:
- Build and execute targeted regional marketing plans to bring together corporate programs and regional opportunities, including but not limited to field events, tradeshows, and partner programs.
- Understand buying/selling process involving multiple decision-makers for SaaS purchases. Provide support through sales tools, training, and market expertise to the sales team to ensure their ability to consultatively sell solutions.
- Build and maintain ongoing communications with regional sales VPs and directors, field marketing peers, and account executives.
- Help drive lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and crafting brand awareness activities.
- Forecast, measure and analyze impact of programs on sales cycles.
- Assist pipeline team in developing regional and campaign specific target lists.
- Communicate with sales to gain consensus, understanding, and participation in marketing programs.
- Identify sales training needs and collaboratively develop programs to address field sales knowledge weaknesses.
Skills / Experience you have…
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel up to 25% or 30% of the time
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in high-tech B2B software field
- Experience working in marketing with proven success and high initiative in the build and execution of effective demand generation campaigns
- CRM (Salesforce.com) experience
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong ability to influence others and work reciprocally with other departments
- Ability to lead large detailed project to tight timelines.
- Strong social skills and ability to earn trust and respect from sales management
- Extraordinary communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead by example, and achieve extraordinary results.
