About this role:
If Atmosphere is a rocket ship, our Field Marketing Manager is responsible for pumping as much fuel in the tank as humanly possible! As our Field Marketing Coordinator, you will be the face of Atmosphere at trade shows, conferences, and events. Alongside the Director of Field Marketing, you will develop strategy, oversee scheduling and logistics, and staff events. This means you must not only be able to attend trade shows and introduce the world to Atmosphere, but must also bring enough strategic firepower to the table to plan future events. The Field Marketing Coordinator will then evaluate the success of events and provide suggestions to improve quarterly ROI. The ultimate measure of success for this position is winning new business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help manage success of trade show / conferences / field activations
- Work with the Director of Field Marketing to manage expenses related to shows and travel
- Assist with trade show staff training and success
- Work with Marketing / Design teams to develop appropriate collateral
- Help with uploading “NEW LEADS” into SF under appropriate template
- Miscellaneous logistics related to booking of services and travel
- Help in coordination of field / trade show activations in select markets / events (e.g. SXSW, ACL, etc.)
- Attend 30+ trade shows
- Ensure staff is prepared and reporting all closes and leads from trade shows / events
- Conduct post-show reviews and report findings to Director
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of field marketing experience with a brand/trade show circuit.
- Team leadership to achieve a common goal or objective
- Success building collaborative projects
- Marketing communications with an emphasis on building strategic partnerships
- Able to lift 40lbs or more
- Travel 30%
- Experience in budget management
