Position Overview:

HealthMine is looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team, bringing new life and concepts to our creative. This is a unique role where you will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles in B2B for the HealthMine brand, as well as B2C on behalf of our clients. Across any of these logos, you will own our visual story, while ensuring brand consistency on everything we touch.

The perfect person for this job is not satisfied with the status quo. We want someone willing to challenge our design standards, constantly looking for new ways to deliver content creatively (including video, motion graphics, animation, and more). You should be able to pivot between long-term projects, short-term requests, and last-minute needs seamlessly. You must be detail-obsessed, self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about all facets of brand, design, and most importantly – driving actions that allow people to live a healthier life. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

Key responsibilities of this role include performing at a high-level in the required competencies by:

  • Ideate concepts and create visual content that elevate the HealthMine brand
  • Lead creative direction and design for consumer-facing marketing campaigns for HealthMine’s healthcare clients (typically includes email, print/direct mail, and web design)
  • Develop and execute creative projects and design production across all marketing channels and materials including email, social media, print and direct mail, video and animation, sales collateral, landing page and website design, and more
  • Act as a champion for the brand, including partnering with the HealthMine product and UX team, ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external creative
  • Work with an in-house copywriter and web developer to execute the end-to-end creative process from concept to production across all assigned projects
  • Maintain an archive of design assets, photography, and illustrations for ease of access by the marketing team and any internal stakeholders
  • Keep a pulse on design trends, marketing best practices, industry news, and competitive landscape to continuously evolve and best position our brand and product
  • Remain flexible and organized while handling multiple projects and execute to deadlines
  • Test and optimize design executions based on marketing performance and results to improve efficacy of campaigns

Qualifications

  • College degree (BS/BA) in Graphic Design or similar field
  • 3+ years’ experience in relevant agency or in-house design
  • Portfolio of work required
  • 2+ years’ experience working in/with the healthcare industry (vendor solution experience a plus)
  • Experience designing within HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Proven experience using all Adobe tools to create original content
  • Proven experience developing assets across multiple channels including web, social media, and events
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire cross-functionally with teams to complete projects, and articulate concepts and ideas
  • Strong eye for creative design and creating results from ideas
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced and respond to changes in business priorities environment
