Quali has a new career opportunity for a leader of B2B Integrated Marketing. In this role, you will work daily with the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and VPs of Product and other organizations to implement marketing strategies for achieving revenue goals for Quali’s software. Every day you will make data-driven decisions that grow the business. You will start with our revenue goals and work upstream to create campaigns, marketing mix decisions, and specific demand generation activities that achieve those goals while managing our budget. These campaigns can include website/SEO initiatives, webinars, digital ads, tradeshows and field events, third-party syndication, emails, and more. Beyond planning, you will personally manage our campaigns and key vendors to ensure success at driving our monthly and quarterly MQL goals. You will also create board-level reporting and analysis on our campaigns and demand generation.

Background and Experience:

  • The strongest candidates will have 8+ years of successful B2B software and technology marketing including demand generation planning, budgeting, execution, and analysis.
  • Balance of creativity, analysis, leadership, and judgment that comes from business experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with sales, marketing, and product leaders
  • Product content experience is a plus
  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience/ MBA is a plus.

  • Professionalism and pride in creating a demand gen machine to fill the sales funnel
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills with execs and ability collaborate well with colleagues
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Exceptional planning and prioritization skills
  • Pipeline analysis skills
  • Prior knowledge of demand generation sources, conversion ratios, and key vendors
  • Excellent business judgment for legal issues including GDPR/ email
