Our Internal Communications & Crew Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring our team has what they need to be their most productive, authentic and successful versions of themselves. This includes creating a consistent and engaging methodology around our internal communications, helping us continue to evolve how our employees work together outside of the traditional work environment, and continuing to cultivate and grow our overall employee experience.

 

Areas of Focus:

  • Communications & Messaging
    • Be the voice of our crew and our leadership to ensure consistency and clarity in internal communications
    • Create a branded, cohesive internal communication program by working with key stakeholders across the business
    • Establish governance and guidelines on internal communication
    • Drive internal programs that will help continue to engage and connect our Crew Members including creating opportunities to gather feedback on internal communications and programs

 

  • Engagement Strategy Programming
    • With our Reimagining Work framework in mind, lead the effort to define our “agile work” strategy to ensure we continue to strengthen our connective tissue while working remotely – work isn’t where you are, it’s what you do
    • Optimize our crew member experience by linking together existing resources and create new content to define personas and utilize user stories to address the needs of our team through the entire employee life cycle
    • Activate our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy and elevate awareness in tangible ways for our crew
    • Capture our culture and create connections through internal communication

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Communications role
  • Experience communicating to an internal employee audience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage programs
  • Ability to effectively communicate across various channels (Zoom, email, Slack, etc)
  • Experience developing content, including presentations, blog content, and internal email
  • Experience working with company executives and leaders across all functional areas of the business
  • Experience in change management a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
