  • Oversee and manage property marketing team and lead all marketing and syndication campaigns and processes

  • Evaluate property marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams

  • Manage all aspects of marketing all available and upcoming homes to the website, syndication sites, multiple listing service,s and other publications

  • Develop and create strategies, policies, and procedures that align with department goals

  • Assist with the management of third-party marketing and leasing tools/resources.

  • Regularly review and audit all marketed properties in all syndication sources

  • Establish, implement, and monitor property marketing goals and programs to meet required SLA and KPI’s for the property marketing department. In collaboration with the local team, create a clear goal board with a creative them to encourage enthusiasm with every completed goal

  • Prepares and presents reports regarding property marketing available homes, pre-marketing, Built-to-Rent, reviews, and other property marketing requirements

  • Responsible for employee training, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews while promoting a positive work environment.

  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to complete all requirements for property marketing

  • Develops and implements changes and updates to increase use of technology solutions to streamline and improve the process for completing all property marketing efforts

  • Lead/participate in group projects with fellow peers and team members to research and improve business operations.

  • Responsible for Vendor relations relating to property marketing( Planomatic, Rently, Zillow, etc.)

  • Providing support for all leasing teams on Property Management systems (Yardi, Prism, Site Manager/Rent Café, Salesforce, MLS)

What you'll need to have:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Prior Real Estate Syndication experience

  • Prior experience developing and implementing a process and changes is a plus

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards

  • Proven leadership and business acumen skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills to individuals and/or groups

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups

  • Possesses exceptional communication and people skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Knowledge of prospect and resident management systems is preferred

  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

This role requires travel to our properties and may be physically demanding. The ability to physically perform the following duties for prolonged periods of time is required: Unassisted lifting up to 50 pounds, Bending, Walking, Kneeling, Stretching, Able to work on step ladders or extension ladders up to 30 feet, Able to work in confined spaces, indoors and outdoors in all climates, and unclean environments with fumes, dust and poor ventilation while adhering to company safety requirements and programs, Able to perform all duties in a safe manner at all times

  • Days of work are Monday through Friday, however, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required as job duties demand.
