If you embrace creative challenges, thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing order from chaos, then Restore is looking for you! The Marketing Account Manager will get in on the ground floor of building the Restore brand, and will be central to the success of our locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibility will be to successfully grow Restore locations with a minimum number of memberships sold and revenue generated. You will execute Restore’s marketing programs, which includes the following:

• Build web pages. Update the restore.com/locations web page and lead generation landing pages needed to execute marketing campaigns
• Coordinate advertising campaigns. Coordinate with our internal team and external media agency to set up and execute ad campaigns
• Coordinate email and text campaigns. Coordinate with our internal team to set up and execute email and text campaigns that nurture and convert leads and customers
• Coordinate lead management with the SDR team. Coordinate with the Sales Development Rep (SDR) team to ensure leads are converted to memberships and appointment bookings
• Coach franchisees on grassroots marketing. Coach franchise owners and managers to execute local grassroots marketing that generates buzz and leads for their store. This includes outreach to the chamber of commerce, their commercial center, local businesses, local influencers, etc.
• Measure, report and optimize. You will measure and report to franchisees and our Marketing team how the store is trending, and you will optimize efforts as needed to ensure success
• Deliver exceptional client partner experience. We are the marketing agency for our franchisees. They rely on us for their success. You engage franchisees as clients and partners with polished communications and personal investment in their store’s succes
• Be the hub to our spoke. You will be the central point of contact and driver for marketing open stores, collaborating and coordinating with our Marketing team to deliver successful campaigns and store growth

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work in Austin HQ (this is not a remote position)
• At least 6 years of experience with a background in
  
  • An agency account management role, OR
  • A demand generation role, OR
  • A campaign management role, OR
  • A franchise marketing manager role
• Demonstrable technical acumen with platforms such as
  
  • Facebook and Google ads
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud (or similar products)
  • WordPress (or other CMS)
• Able to provide a portfolio of high impact consumer communications that has a lens of storytelling and a mind for driving audiences through a journey
• Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills, and a client-facing confidence that advances dialogue, sells ideas and creates strong agency-client relationships
• Extremely strong team player who can manage multiple clients, projects and priorities
• Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
