SparkCognition is seeking an organized, creative, data-driven Marketing Analytics & Insight Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be focused on extracting and analyzing data from various channels of information such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Social Media dashboards, and Budgets, among others.

In this role, you will be a key member of SparkCognition’s marketing team by optimizing our marketing strategies through data analytics. This will promote SparkCognition’s brand awareness and drive new client conversations to continue our growth as a leader in the artificial intelligence industry.

What You Will Do:

Analyze marketing ROI, sales performance, campaign data, Google Analytics, and customer data to make recommendations on how to optimize our marketing tactics toward our target segments

Create weekly performance reports based off of data analyses and insights that will increase the effectiveness of our marketing strategies against our KPI

Support in the creation of a centralized dashboard report that increases visibility to marketing KPI and helps the organization use data to drive business results

Perform market research analysis to uncover actionable insights that can inform both Marketing and Product Marketing on segmentation, targeting, market trends, etc.

Extract, cleanse, transform and prepare data from multiple, disconnected sources for analysis, modeling, and reporting

Utilize SQL queries, analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) and data modeling techniques to perform data manipulation and uncover insights from large and varied data sources

Critical Success Factors:

Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot

Exceptional communication skills for translating data from its source into action-driven recommendations to be presented to leadership team

Strong presentation skills

Understanding of paid advertising strategies and how to incorporate data analysis to maximize ROI

Experience with propensity modeling

Deep understanding of Google Analytics and how to extract useful information to develop and adjust marketing campaigns

Strong experience with web and digital analytics

Requirements:

Proficient in Google Analytics

Creative problem-solver

Strong analytical and data analysis skills

Ability to create reports and recommendations based on data trends

Strong organizational skills

Detail-oriented when completing in-depth projects

Strong project management

Bonus Credit:

Excited to work in artificial intelligence

Experience with HTML, SQL, Tableau, or various other data extracting programs

Experience in analyzing consumer data, social media success, and sales

Experience in developing marketing campaigns
