The OneSpot marketing team is growing! We’re looking for a passionate, creative, detail-oriented and versatile marketer to help take our demand gen and events programs to the next level. As Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for planning and executing high impact, strategic marketing events and programs for OneSpot. Beyond just logistics planning, we are looking for someone who will be relentlessly focused on creating, measuring and maximizing new business opportunities for sales through a variety of programs.

Here’s what we are looking for the Marketing Associate to do:

Demand Generation – Strategize and execute on integrated, account-based marketing approach through digital advertising, social, email campaigns, direct mail, partner marketing and content development; Collaborate closely with sales to determine appropriate coverage of top markets and verticals and ensure integrated marketing programs are effective in generating and accelerating pipeline within OneSpot’s target account list.

Event Marketing – Manage all OneSpot events including hosted prospect and customer events, trade shows, partner events, workshops and webinars. Develop, manage and optimize in-person and virtual events calendar, timelines and budget, pre- and post-event communications, ROI tracking and ensure timely follow-up and hand-offs in coordination with sales.

Sales Enablement – Support the Sales team in developing strategic perspectives for prospect and land and expand opportunities

Additionally, as a critical member of our marketing team, you’ll be expected to collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams and contribute your knowledge, perspectives and capabilities to OneSpot’s overall marketing and communications strategy, planning and execution.

Here’s what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

  • 1-3 years experience supporting and managing marketing programs in B2B software (bonus points for experience in marketing technology).
  • Successful track record owning or being a key contributor to event and demand gen marketing strategy and programs, and reporting on effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with Marketo (or other comparable MAP/ESP), Salesforce.com and webinar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up, budgeting and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with all levels across the organization as well as with clients and prospects.
  • Proven ability to apply creativity and passion to marketing programs and projects.
  • Excitement and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • For all of the above areas, an appreciable level of preparedness to discuss how you’ve driven execution, or why your related experiences and passion are enough to make you successful
  • Ability to travel 10-20%
