Khoros is adding a Marketing Associate, Executive Programs who will be responsible for assisting with and writing thoughtful, valuable content geared towards executives at global brands. This is a unique opportunity to amplify and add new angles to market trends.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity and passion to be a data storyteller. You will capture insights from Khoros thought leaders and experts, along with market research, to create provocative stories. You will think about new ways to present and package information. You will be on a small team with swagger, and you will work with a variety of people across the broader Marketing team plus Customer Success, Sales, PR, and our Strategic Leadership Team. Collaboration and organization in a fast-paced environment is a must, along with an ability to independently and persistently problem solve.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creation and execution of new executive thought leadership with the Khoros Marketing organization
  • Identify content formats that will best bring ideas to life for executives
  • Engage with visionaries and thought leaders -- within and outside of Khoros -- to develop thought-provoking ideas that are validated with market evidence
  • Partner with the Brand team in Marketing to ensure content represents Khoros’s tone, language, and personality
  • Partner with the Product Marketing team to ensure the trends and messaging serve our executive buyer personas
  • Support internal education of thought leadership available to the Field and how they can best utilize it
  • Develop expertise in our executive buyer personas and continually enrich them with new insights from your experience in this role
  • Support PR agency in obtaining placement in tier 1 publications with compelling stories and thought leadership
  • Uses effective communication skills to engage internal and external customers in the development of marketing and branding assets
  • Through highly organized and efficient project management skills, juggle multiple projects and priorities at the same time
  • Approach your work with a tenacious attitude, energy and creativity. Those with an appetite to invent and reinvent will do well in this role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts in English, Communication, or Journalism from an accredited college or university, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3  years of experience in marketing or content marketing
  • Sharp content strategy, storytelling, writing, editing, and journalistic skills
  • Experience bringing content from ideation to completion on time
  • Ability to “sniff the story” and weave ideas together into a provocative story

 

This role is budgeted in the $60 - $75K OTE range. Salary will ultimately be based on a candidate’s experience and external market factors.
