We are looking to hire a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team at Fourth! This position will play a critical role in our demand generation engine. This individual will be responsible for managing the automation platform (Marketo) and working closely with internal stakeholders to build out comprehensive campaigns for demand generation.

What You'll Be Doing. . .

• Manage marketing automation processes in Marketo, including segmentation, subscription management, campaign execution, and lead scoring and routing
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely execution of all demand gen and lead nurture campaigns
• Develop and test HTML/CSS emails, landing pages, and forms
• Track, analyze, and report on email performance 
• Execute A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize results
• Develop and manage QA process for all campaign execution

What You Need to Have. . .

• Prior Marketing Operations experience at a software company
• Marketo expert certified user and proficient in Salesforce.com, GoToWebinar, Asana, etc.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, other front-end web-related languages, email deliverability, and CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR compliance
