As a part of the Marketing and Communications team and reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, the Marketing Campaign Coordinator will assist with the execution of effective omni-channel marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The coordinator will support the marketing strategy and campaign development team to realize a campaign from brief to execution of tactics. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, collaborates well with a large team, and has experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for journey building, audience building and campaign design is ideal. This position can be remote.
What You Will Do

• Effectively execute marketing campaigns within a marketing automation platform with a focus on patient acquisition, retention and nurturing
• Oversee tactical execution from ideation through campaign launch
• Respond to recommendations and insights from marketing campaign performance to continuously optimize and reimagine campaign tactics
• Deploy CRM-testing strategies to continuously optimize response
• Support the team in acting as a liaison between the marketing and technology teams with the ability to communicate and understand technical implications of SFMC and how it impacts campaign delivery
• Understand Salesforce Marketing Cloud's components and how they work together to support an omni-channel campaign
• Collaborate across teams with brand marketing, creative, media, performance and analytics

What You Will Need
Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Additional Preferences
Preferred:
Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or similar
• 1+ years work experience required
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
