Who You Are 
To help support our fast-growing business, Ontic is looking for a Campaigns Manager to build and execute integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to support our revenue growth team. This role will be based in Austin reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation. 

Working as part of the Ontic revenue marketing team, you’ll plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and account-based marketing programs to drive high-quality opportunities for the sales organization that result in measurable impact to pipeline and revenue.

You will create and develop powerful B2B online (digital, PPC, webinars, virtual events) and offline (events, direct mail, out of home) campaigns and be obsessed with both the art and the science behind effective and impactful advertising. As a data-driven marketer, you’ll work with sales and marketing operations to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI. And, you’ll always be thinking about where the next opportunity is to innovate and make an impact.

A strong collaborator and organizer, you’ll liaison with sales, product marketing, content, and creative teams to identify opportunities to improve or develop new programs. You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple programs and campaigns, building a production roadmap and managing available resources, in order to successfully meet campaign deadlines and deliver results. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and create acquisition and direct response campaigns to achieve growth targets by leading an integrated campaign execution process in conjunction with internal and external partners
  • Manage production of campaign creative assets across multiple tactics in partnership with creative teams, agencies, and marketing partners
  • Work with the brand and communications team on campaign briefing and requirements for messaging and positioning alignment
  • Partner with the product marketing team to ensure alignment of company product strategy, messaging, and development of new product launches and updates are worked into the campaign promotional calendar 
  • Develop a strong relationship with Sales, clearly communicating campaign plans, deliverables, and timelines
  • Work closely across the acquisition team and with a performance marketing lens to proactively recommend tactics and facilitate continuous improvements to help us win in respective markets
  • Set quarterly objectives/goals for campaign delivery and problem solve and strategize to deliver against goals/KPIs

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of creating and developing marketing and advertising campaigns with a strong understanding of both long and short term campaign creation
  • Able to create compelling strategies, execute on ideas, measure results, and communicate clearly across all levels in the company including executives, sales leadership, sales reps, and product marketing teams
  • Skilled at problem solving, project management, and insights analysis and possess a deep understanding of the enterprise buying motion
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Marketo; bonus points for experience with Rollworks or similar ABM platforms
  • Able to balance the opposite skills of using data to inform decision-making with having a natural creative flair and love for storytelling
  • Experience writing compelling copy for a variety of promotional channels, including ads, marketing emails, printed materials, and sales communications
  • Skilled at strategizing, executing, and measuring email campaigns
  • Experience recommending and executing A/B tests across digital channels to improve conversions
  • Able to work within the allocated budget and manage payment process
  • Comfortable with regional travel for field events and trade shows
  • Experience in enterprise tech and working for a startup are pluses
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
