Who You Are 

To help support our fast-growing business, Ontic is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support our revenue marketing team.


This role will be based in Austin reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing. Working as part of the Ontic revenue marketing team, you’ll plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs to drive high-quality opportunities for the sales organization that result in measurable impact to pipeline and revenue.


You will develop and execute powerful B2B online (digital, PPC, webinars, virtual events) and offline (field events, direct mail) campaigns and be obsessed with both the art and the science behind effective and impactful B2B marketing programs. As a data-driven marketer, you’ll work with sales and marketing operations to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI. 


A strong collaborator and organizer, you’ll liaison with sales, product marketing, content, and creative teams to identify opportunities to optimize or develop new campaigns. You will own and execute playbooks, leveraging your strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and deadlines while managing cross-functional resources. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acquisition and direct response campaigns through digital advertising, email, direct mail, and partner marketing to target accounts to achieve growth targets
  • Quarterback in-person field events, webinars and virtual roundtables end-to-end in conjunction with internal and external partners. Responsibilities include: managing event calendar, timelines and budget, content and experience development, pre- and post-event communications, ROI tracking and timely follow-up and hand-off in coordination with sales
  • Manage production of campaign creative assets across multiple tactics in partnership with creative teams, agencies, and marketing partners
  • Develop a strong relationship with sales and marketing, clearly communicating campaign plans, deliverables, and timelines through campaign briefs and ongoing enablement
  • Work closely across the revenue team and with a performance marketing lens to proactively recommend tactics and facilitate continuous improvements to help us win in respective markets
  • Work with the product marketing, brand and communications teams on campaign briefing and requirements for messaging and positioning alignment
  • Set quarterly objectives/goals for campaign delivery and problem solve and strategize to deliver against goals/KPIs

Qualifications

  • Prefer minimum of 3-5 years of developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of integrated marketing tactics across channels and how to measure success
  • Ability to create compelling strategies, execute on ideas, measure results, and communicate clearly across all levels in the company including executives, sales leadership, sales reps, marketing, and product marketing teams
  • Skilled at problem solving, project management, and insights analysis and possessing a deep understanding of the enterprise buying motion
  • Experience managing field events, webinars, and virtual roundtables end-to-end to facilitate meaningful interactions with prospects and clients
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Marketo; bonus points for experience with direct mail, Drift, 6sense, Demandbase, Rollworks or similar ABM platforms
  • Ability to balance the opposite skills of using data to inform decision-making with having a natural creative flair and love for storytelling
  • Experience writing compelling short-form copy for a variety of promotional channels, including landing pages, ads, marketing and sales emails, printed materials, direct mail and sales communications
  • Skilled at strategizing, executing, and measuring email campaigns
  • Ability to work within the allocated budget and manage payment process
  • Comfortable with regional travel for field events and trade shows
  • Experience in enterprise tech and working for a startup are pluses
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
