Summary
The Marketing Channel Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing a dynamic marketing strategy and program targeted at external Partners and Advisors. This strategy enables the Realized business development teams to connect meaningfully and successfully with channel partners and prospects.
Essential Functions
Own the development of large cross-channel strategic marketing initiatives to support the business development organization and their strategy
Spearhead campaign concepts, key deliverables, promotion plan, and analytics
Lead internal and external promotion of Advisor channel strategy initiatives
Serve as a dedicated marketing consultant and resource for the business development organization
Work closely with the heads of business development and marketing for knowledge of the Advisor channel strategy and plans
Keep an eye out for creative opportunities across channel initiatives including the event channel for all Realized initiatives
Work with the integrated marketing team on execution
Identify new and emerging marketing tools, services, and software to innovate and further the Advisor channel strategy
Stay abreast of channel/advisor industry developments and marketplace opportunities/challenges to inform strategy and contribute to benchmarking
Measure and continually seek to enhance the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategy
Develop collateral and programs targeted to channel partners and their clients
Lead all corporate wide events, including online, client events and trade shows and support other segments events needs
Required Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field
A minimum of 5 years in financial services working for a BD, RIA, Mutual Fund, platform or similar experience
Preferred Education and Experience
10 years of sales and marketing experience, working in Financial Services
MBA degree
Experience working at a startup

Adept at juggling numerous projects and managing multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Ability to analyze metrics and present information in a meaningful way
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- In Person Interview #1: This is a 90 minute interview with the hiring manager to review the assessment results and take a deeper dive into your resume
- In Person Interview #2 : This is a second 90 minute interview with the hiring manager
- Group & CEO Interviews: You will have a short conversation with our CEO along with a 60 minute meeting with peers you'll be working with
