In this role, you will support our lean Marketing team to strengthen Arrive’s customer and carrier relationships, and amplify our unique message on a large scale. You will support our sales teams & stakeholders alike to ensure they have access to relevant marketing tools and messaging. This role will take ownership of developing Arrive’s brand awareness and content strategy by tracking, maintaining and dissecting data.

Essential Functions:

• Sending recognition emails, on behalf of Arrive, for carrier volume milestones as part of the Arrive Carrier Loyalty Program.
• Sending recognition emails, on behalf of Arrive, to support the Shipper recognition program.
• Content gathering with a focus on stakeholder identification and relationship building.
• Measurement (pulling reports, organizing data to be consumable by team).
• Updating and maintaining documents in Google Drive.
• Note taking in meetings and tracking/flagging action items.
• Updating and maintaining projects in mgmt systems.

Education and/or Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, preferred.
• Proven ability to take complete ownership of projects.
• Attentive to detail. You will often get the final look at internal & external materials, so we need someone with a critical eye and a knack for catching mistakes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be in meetings with Arrive’s leadership regularly, so personal tact and communication is crucial.
• Ability to collaborate with team members across every vertical of the business.
