Job Description 

Modernize Home Services is seeking a dynamic marketer to join our passionate team as our newest Marketing Coordinator. The Demand Generation team is an intersection to new clients in one of the fastest-growing industries. We’re helping home improvement organizations build their businesses and accelerate in the booming home improvement industry. The Marketing Coordinator will be solely responsible for coordinating our online and in-person events and content in order to achieve revenue growth targets and continue to build our brand in the industry. This role is designed for a candidate who has an excellent track record of executing, delivering and owning marketing activities and events. This person should be creative, organized and understand how to work under pressure in and on our podcasts, webinars, tradeshows and customer summits. We've experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and this role is critical to ensuring we continue to rapidly scale the business. 

 

We're growing our team rapidly and building out a best-in-class B2B marketing team. 

 

Who you are: 

  • You are driven, results-oriented, and a self-starter. You listen and analyze both the customer and the data. You enjoy diving into the numbers to test, learn, and optimize campaigns. 
  • You have successfully coordinated and developed B2B marketing campaigns to accelerate company growth.  
  • You have created and grown distribution across channels, not just owned channels, through optimization and marketing automation.  
  • You’ve managed multiple tradeshows and events in field marketing at the same time.  

In this role, you will:  

  • Create, manage and execute on a range of content and in person- events including organizing our tradeshows, developing our marketing materials for events, scheduling podcasts and webinars and more.  
  • Drive inbound revenue through field marketing  
  • Oversee and manage our enterprise content strategy with combined support from our  B2C content team building content to maximize campaign effectiveness this includes developing and producing video content, podcast scripts. 
  • Implement new processes and technology to continuously improve our demand generation operations 
  • Refine and hone in on the field marketing and content marketing strategy based on cross functional goals 
  • Partner with the sales stakeholders to develop account focused playbooks in coordination with events both online and offline while finding opportunities to develop new content for marketing campaigns.  
  • Manage an events and content calendar  
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts in the regions. 
  • Own and manage our virtual webinar & events programs while supporting field marketing events  

What you will need: 

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience creating, executing, and leading marketing campaigns in the B2B industry 
  • Strategic, creative, and analytical skills to build creative marketing campaigns that have a measurable impact on our pipeline - you must be able to jump in and build out copy and marketing assets when deadlines are tight  
  • An expertise across a breadth of tactics with the ability to set priorities across display/digital advertising, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content syndication, direct mail, tradeshows/events, and more. 
  • Extremely organized and ready to take on building our processes and campaign management for in person and virtual events.  
  • A demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and retention goals, taking a team-first approach. 
  • The ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve success
