ePayPolicy is looking for an Inside Marketing Director to help us reach that next level. We provide an online payment solution for the commercial insurance industry that our customers love and rave about. As a part of our continuing growth, we’ve picked up key industry endorsements and strategic partnerships with more on the way.


We currently have over 1,200 clients across the country.  It’s an exciting time for our company and if you’re the leader that can visualize and guide our marketing efforts, we want you to join us for the ride.

About You

You are super energetic, and you want to bring your contagious passion to a startup environment. You believe that it’s common courtesy to respond to an email or phone call within 24 hours. When you communicate with someone via phone or email, you take pride in your clear, professional communication skills.

 

When it comes to marketing, you have a proven track record with digital marketing, social media, working with partners, overall brand positioning, and content distribution. While you won’t be performing the actual visual design of our flyers or copywriting of our content, you will still serve as the chief editor and visionary that directs those efforts.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Elevate brand across a variety of verticals and cultures, including partners and consumers.

  • Manage the distribution of content across all channels (blog, social media, email, partnerships)

  • Strengthen partnership communications to insure our mutual branding outreach is on target

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, often pitching & delivering on creative briefs

  • Continuously seek out new opportunities to grow and promote our brand

  • Create and adhere to multiple editorial calendars simultaneously

  • Upkeep company social media accounts, blog, and website

  • Manage and communicate remotely with contractors to carry out projects

  • Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns in achieving their stated objectives

 

About the Role

This is a full-time role based out of our office in Westlake (Austin, TX). We use Hootsuite and MailChimp and we are open to hearing about other great tools to help make the role as impactful as possible.

 

For the first 5 days, you will go through our training program where you will learn about the industry, our product, and the competitive landscape. You will also talk with our existing customers to hear about our product and service in their words.

 

Ultimately, this role operates with a lot of autonomy and trust to run marketing for our small company.
