QuestionPro is looking for a Marketing guru who is very savvy with digital marketing, social media, brand building, and brand positioning, SEO, and content development. This role requires the management of a multi-person offshore team.  This is an onsite role and it will be in North Austin. This individual must understand and enjoy working in a start-up environment and have a 'get it done' attitude.  While this role requires the ongoing management of our marketing operations team, the ideal candidate will also possess the ability to 'roll up their sleeves' and take on projects themselves.

This role is a very key role in the organization as the company and will interface frequently with the executive team. The company is a privately held organization and focuses on selling online surveys.

Our client is looking for an energetic individual who's enthusiasm is contagious. Clear, professional communication by phone and e-mail is essential . The person who will fill this role loves marketing and has pride in delivering amazing campaigns that drive both the business and brand forward.

This individual should have a proven track record with digital marketing, social media, working with partners, overall brand positioning, and content development & distribution. This individual will be the chief editor and visionary rather than the visual designer or copywriter of the content.

Some of the things you will be doing in this role are as follows:

  • Ownership of inbound website traffic and growth across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, direct, and referral

  • Optimization of website traffic to convert to free trial accounts.

  • Elevate brand across a variety of verticals and cultures, including partners and consumers.

  • Manage the distribution of content across all channels (blog, social media, email, partnerships)

  • Strengthen partnership communications to insure our mutual branding outreach is on target

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, often pitching & delivering on creative briefs

  • Continuously seek out new opportunities to grow and promote our client's brand

  • Create and adhere to multiple editorial calendars simultaneously

  • Upkeep company social media accounts, blog, and website

  • Manage and communicate remotely with contractors to carry out projects

  • Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns in achieving their stated objectives
