Marketing Lead

The Marketing Lead will lead the firm’s marketing efforts on all levels. This will include the establishment of a marketing strategy to be developed in conjunction with the sales and growth strategy for the business. It is expected that the resultant strategy will feature account-based marketing tactics, website and SEO work and marketing automation. In addition to supporting top of funnel lead generation for the sales team, our Marketing Lead will also be responsible for advising on and developing creative materials to brand the firm, including product vision, product launches, trade shows and overall firm messaging. Finally, the Marketing Lead will also support delivery and service functions through ongoing content creation, marketing and awareness campaigns and overall branding work. This role will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- Collaborate with sales, service and account management teams to further their individual and collective organizational goals through the provision of marketing related efforts
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail
- Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging and branding strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
- Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives fall within designated budgets
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive condition
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partner
- Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to executive management
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events
- Direct market channel development activity
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product
- Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements

What You'll Need:
Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications and experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
- 7 years of related experience with progressive management
- Experience managing B2B marketing efforts and teams
- Experience in managing account-based marketing style strategies
- Ability to travel up to 20%, if necessary
Preferred Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
- Experience managing marketing efforts in the healthcare industry, ideally B2B with providers (hospitals and health system
