Your Opportunity
The Partner Solutions marketing team needs a Marketing Manager to drive our enterprise demand generation programs. This person will be responsible for day-to-day management of inbound lead generation, outbound account-based marketing campaigns, sales enablement and basic KPI reporting infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Demand Generation,
the ideal candidate will have expertise in running B2B demand generation programs and aligning with sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own the lead management process from lead capture to follow-up
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs generated from marketing campaigns
  • Track full funnel marketing metrics and provide recommendations on program and campaign investments based on conversion rates
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership
  • Drive best in class data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing and augmentation
  • Use automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Manage and expand the capabilities of our HubSpot marketing automation platform
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
  • Use the latest in account-based marketing technology and strategies to run multi-channel campaigns targeting Partner Solutions’ largest prospects
  • Partner closely with other marketing teams and external vendors to ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across website,email and advertising channels
  • Manage the execution of high-quality, acquisition-focused content including: blogs, infographics, video, white papers, webinars, social media, PR and more
  • Expand our distribution footprint beyond owned channels like blog, email, and social media through testing and experimentation

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • BS/BA (or similar) in marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience with a minimum of 3 focused on B2B demand generation
  • Significant experience leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce together to achieve marketing objectives related to automation, data capture, lead management, and revenue goals. System accreditation strongly preferred
  • Experience with BrightFunnel and insidesales.com preferred
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills underpinned by a process-driven mindset
