SailPoint is looking to hire a Global Programs Marketing Manager role to help execute our global marketing programs. You will work in the Product Marketing department, collaborating closely with the corporate marketing, digital marketing, field marketing, and marketing operations teams. You will primarily focus on driving the strategy for our ongoing brand awareness campaign across paid media channels, organic social, out-of-home advertising, website, email nurture, and more. Additionally, you will run ad-hoc marketing programs that expand on SailPoint's core values. Your objective is to ensure proper messaging, timing, tracking, and execution of these campaigns.
You have a passion for developing campaign strategy at the brand awareness level, writing engaging content to educate the market, thinking out-of-the-box by trying new marketing channels and tactics. You can leverage data-driven insights to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging, improve engagement, and ultimately convert prospects. You are detail-oriented, know how to manage your time, have excellent writing & communication skills, and bring a great track record of working cross-functionally across teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Write conversational/punchy/actionable copy for paid media campaigns (display, social, out-of-home), landing pages, emails
  • Build and implement global email campaigns from start to finish within our marketing automation tool, CRM platform, & content marketing platform
  • Work alongside our analytics team and paid media team to monitor campaign performance & look for areas to optimize
  • Manage email calendar, coordinating scheduling across various global & field marketing campaigns


Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically the following:
    • Marketing Automation (Marketo preferred)
    • Content Marketing Platform (PathFactory preferred)
    • CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Excellent written & communication skills
  • Ability to time-manage and self-start programs
  • Organized, attentive to details, & process-oriented
