SailPoint is looking for a high-impact Marketing Manager, Global Industry Campaigns to lead the strategy, messaging and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for established priority verticals (Banking & Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail) and ongoing industry priorities via ABM. As a key member of the Corporate Marketing team, this person will have the opportunity to build and grow this function (collaborating closely with our field and partner marketing team members) to develop programs to drive demand in key markets.The Marketing Manager, Global Industry Campaigns will take our core corporate pillar programs and create campaigns for targeted industries. They will work to develop the key campaign messaging and strategy while managing content development and promotional copy. This person will leverage data-driven insights in order to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging, improve engagement, and ultimately drive demand and pipeline.

Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with our field marketing, partner marketing, paid media and creative teams to plan & execute demand generation campaigns for key verticals aligned with our corporate pillar messages & strategy.
- Develop messaging and materials for vertical campaigns that are consistent with the company and brand positioning and aligned to target personas and segments. Copywriting includes: campaign brief, paid media copy, email copy for nurtures or for event promotion/follow up, landing page copy, eBooks, sales email sequences, etc.
- Partner with the product marketing team to write & develop compelling content that generates awareness and quality leads within our key vertical markets.
- Work closely with our vertical field marketing managers to write & build promotion & follow up plans for their field activations.
- Monitor reporting to measure overall program effectiveness, communicate performance against KPIs, and identify key insights & opportunities for optimization.
- Technical guide and manager of best practices for marketing efforts like: webinars (Zoom), content platform management (PathFactory) and email marketing campaigns (Marketo)
- Manage email calendar, coordinating scheduling across various global & field marketing campaigns
- Report to the Senior Manager, Global Programs
Requirements:
- 5 years of B2B marketing experience; 3 years in industry experience - specifically the following:
- Experience with a Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo preferred)
- Experience creating campaigns & building reports in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience adding & curating content in a content management platform (PathFactory)
- Excellent written & communication skills; (vertical messaging experience preferred)
- Excellent project management, organized, attentive to details, & process-oriented
- Willingness to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to time-manage and self-start programs
